Description
As Clinical Lead Nurse you will be responsible for leading our regionally based nurses to ensure the delivery of an excellent standard of clinical and complex care which promotes independence and enhances the lives of our customers.
Role Responsibility
As Clinical Lead Nurse you will have a strong track record of leading and developing a high performing clinical team to enhance customer care and experience and a commitment to the development of high quality and fully compliant clinical standards.
- Provide leadership and training for all clinical staff
- Lead and develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders
- Ensure KPI’s are achieved by the clinical team
- Regularly undertake clinical audits
- You will be up-to-date with current evidence-based practice and have a working knowledge of CQC standards and regulations
* You’ll need to have empathy, a can-do approach and excellent communication skills to join us as a Health Care Assistant.
- You will be a registered nurse RGN or RMN with recent clinical experience and a valid NMC PIN
- A strong track record of leading and developing a team
- Strong clinical background and track record of driving change and business growth
- Comprehensive understanding of relevant legal and professional care/standards and evidence on ongoing professional development
- Adaptable to different situations
- Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the service
- Remain professional and caring towards patients
- Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals you support
- Able to meet compliance requirements that include DBS
- A minimum of two satisfactory references covering the last three years employment
