Description

We are looking for ambitious and experienced Nurses to join our Niosie team. Niosie is a London-based homecare agency providing support to clients with a broad range of conditions from the elderly and frail to persons with learning disabilities. 

Responsibilities

For this role you will be visible across the region, observing, monitoring and training our carers, providing feedback on good clinical practice and creating a training and learning culture to embed clinical and complex practice;

  • Oversee all clinical interventions/delegated nursing tasks or procedures and provide guidance and support to managers around complex care
  • Oversee the smooth and efficient day to day case management of complex clinical need customers
  • Provide training for carers in clinical interventions and tasks where directed by the NHS team and be fully accountable for the delivery of clinical training across Live In and HVS
  • Keep up to date with all developments in the Clinical Care arena
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are reviewed by QA and amalgamated with our policies and procedures to ensure we are fully compliant with regulation and latest NICE/NMC guidance

* You’ll need to have a current NMC PIN  alongside evidence of post registration. You will also need to have advanced assessment skills and the confidence to complete and advise on specialist nursing procedures.

  • NMC Registered Nurse
  • RMN or RNLD or RGN
  • 12 months minimum experience in the UK as a Registered General Nurse
  • At least 12 months experience in a UK hospital/s
  • The right to work in the UK
  • Adaptable to different situations
  • Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the service
  • Remain professional and caring towards patients
  • Be responsible for promoting and safeguarding the welfare of those individuals you support
  • Experience of delivering training and mentoring across a department or region
  • Willing to travel regionally, conduct on-site home visits and stay away from home when required
  • Able to meet compliance requirements that include DBS
  • A minimum of two satisfactory references covering the last three years employment
